I always stay at Movenpick and as usual they are looking after us the service is amazing people so helpful and fast the ice cream taste is fantastic and for the departure I asked for late checking out and Mahmoud went beyond my expectation and gave me more time that helped to have more rest and relax before my flight

I had some issues during checkin where the people before me checked out late and I had to wait an hour to get my room, but DIPESH was a gentlemen with me since the beginning. He accommodated me as soon as he could and even spoke to manager regarding the issue I faced. The view is amazing from the room, you can see JBR walk and marina with the dubai Eye. Breakfast was delicious with loads of varieties. They have Beach access from the hotel and the Pool plus spa is amazing. would definitely be staying again.
