Our room was spacious and comfortable. Traditional Japanese breakfast included. Conveniently located, few minutes walk from the main station and Matsumoto castle.

Jigokudani Snow Monkey Park is a 15-minute drive away. Truly exceptional stay, the hotel is wonderfully clean, the room very comfortable. The bathing facilities were pristine, the food delicious and the staff outstanding. The setting is very calm with the hotel set around a beautiful Japanese garden and we had a lovely view of the mountains from our window. We had a Japanese room so with futons, and they were the comfiest we had in our whole trip. To say everything was perfect sounds like an exaggeration but we really could find no fault. Don't miss this place !

A safe and yukata robes are provided. this was the first visit to YOROZUYA after many years. always an exceptional experience. staff was great! Sakamoto-san was very accommodating in our SAKURA room for meals. will be sure to visit again. maybe stay in KIKU room?!?!

Bathroom is shared with other guests. The owners were amazing and did everything to make our stay wonderful. I was sick and they made me a special ginger tea which helped me a lot.

He guided me to local amazing restaurant ski pass . It was home away from home ambience . The onsen is so relaxing after a tiring skiing !!

Tawaraya Ryokan is a 10-minute drive from Snow Monkey Park and a 15-minute walk from Heiwa Kannon. Shiga Kogen Ski Resort is a 30-minute drive away. The outside Onsen is just gorgeous! We loved that you can reserve it for private use in the evenings. We highly recommend the traditional Japanese breakfast. Centrally located just below the train station.
